Can I return a made-to-order or custom measurement order?

Made-to-order, custom-made, and custom-measurement pieces are generally final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by our brand.

What if I am unsure about sizing?

You may use the Size Guide available on our product pages or contact us directly before placing your order. If a custom-measurement option is available for the product, you may also submit your measurements for a more tailored fit.

How long does order preparation and delivery take?

Preparation and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, and whether the order is ready to ship or made to order. Any delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, courier operations, or customs processing.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
