Refund and Returns Policy

At lulecerkezi.shop, each piece is offered with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail. Because many of our products are couture, limited, made to order, or produced according to customer specifications, returns and refunds are restricted as set out below.

1. General Return Position

Except where mandatory consumer protection law applies, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing issues once an order has been placed.

2. Made-to-Order and Custom Measurement Orders

Made-to-order pieces, custom-made pieces, and orders produced or adjusted according to customer measurements or specifications are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error made by our brand.

3. Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives incorrect or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Eligible Cases for Review

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Confirmed manufacturing defect
  • Item arriving materially damaged

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor differences in colour or texture caused by screen settings, lighting, or natural material variation
  • Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags and packaging

6. Claim Timeframe

If you believe your order is incorrect, defective, or arrived damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence so that we can review the issue promptly.

7. Review and Resolution

Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate, depending on the nature of the issue and subject to our verification of the claim.

8. Return Conditions for Approved Returns

If a return is approved by us, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and protective materials.

9. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our side or a confirmed defect, we will determine the appropriate return arrangement. If a return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Refund Timing

Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed within 15 to 30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after the claim has been otherwise resolved.

11. Customs Duties and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges that may apply in the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
